Connecting a domain to your web hosting is a crucial step in setting up your website. If you don’t have a domain registered yet, you will need to purchase one from a domain registrar. Popular registrars include companies like GoDaddy or Namecheap. For the Czech market, we recommend using providers such as Forpsi, Wedos, or Active24.Documentation Index

Using an External Provider
In this section, we will show you how to point your domain to our web hosting so that your website loads correctly when your domain name is entered.Wedos
If your domain is registered with a provider like Wedos, you don’t necessarily need to change the DNS servers (Nameservers). Simply go to “DNS Records” or “Edit DNS Records” and click the “New Record” button.- Since we are using the entire domain (e.g., diversity.cz), leave the Name field empty.
- Leave TTL at “default”.
- Select A as the Type.
- In the Data field, enter the IP address of the provider (hosting). You can find this address in your administrative panel.
- Click “Save Record”.
- Add another record using the same process, but this time enter “www” in the Name field. Save the changes again.
- Now, simply click “Apply Changes”.
- In our hosting panel, select the desired server and click on “Domains”.
- Then click on “Add domain”.
- Fill in the “Domain” field with your domain name.
- Finally, click the “Add” button.
- Within a few minutes, the website should be accessible via the domain.
Cloudflare (Recommended)
If your domain is registered with or connected to Cloudflare, select the domain and click on “DNS records”. Then click the “Add record” button.- Set the Type to “A”.
- In the Name field, enter either ”@” or your full domain name.
- In the IPv4 address field, enter the IP address of the provider (hosting). You can find this address in your administrative panel.
- Leave the Proxy status set to “Proxied” (the icon will show an orange cloud).
- Leave TTL set to “Auto”.
- Finally, click “Save”.
- Add one more record following the same procedure, but enter “www” in the Name field.
- Changes should be applied within a few minutes, making the website accessible via the domain.
Using Our DNS Servers
